Returning for the 7th year, our Valentine’s celebrations are not to be missed!

This year, select from three grain-to-grain whiskeys to fill straight from the barrel. Enjoy a quick production tour, ending in our barrel room with cask strength samples and a fill-your-own bottle experience. Select from bourbon, wheat, or malt whiskey. Each couple will leave with a hand-filled bottle of their choice, including personalized/handwritten label.

After your tour and bottle filling, enjoy a curated “old fashioned” flight and curated charcuterie pairing. Four craft old fashioned have been expertly paired with a variety of flavors to elevate the cocktail experience. Craft old fashions included in the flights are the Peach Wheat Old Fashioned (wheat), Black Cherry Old Fashioned (malt), Texas Pecan Old Fashioned (bourbon), and our Almond Old Fashioned (Bend NO. 5).

Tickets are sold by the couple and include entrance, tour, tasing, straight-from-the barrel bottle filling experience with one take-home bottle, old fashioned flight for two with charcuterie pairing.
