Straight Whiskeys
Unblended and perfectly handcrafted straight whiskeys, made grain-to-glass using local north Texas grain. Each of our UNBENDT Straight Whiskeys has been aged a minimum of four years in standard 53 gallon bourbon barrels, resulting in rich, flavorful and unique authentic Texas whiskey. Every drop is made in small batches at BENDT Distilling Co. in Lewisville, Texas.

Made using local north Texas grain and made grain-to-glass at BENDT Distilling Co. in Lewisville, Texas, this beautiful whiskey has been slow-aged in the volatile Texas climate for over five and a half years. The grain bill includes local Denton County Yellow Dent Corn, Texas Elbon Rye, and 2-Row Malted Barley. Aged 5+ years in a 53 gallon standard bourbon barrel at a 3.5 char level.

Made using local north Texas grain and made grain-to-glass at BENDT Distilling Co. in Lewisville, Texas, this silky smooth award winning straight wheat whiskey has been slow-aged to perfection for over four years. The grain bill includes local Denton County Wheat (Soft Winter Red), Denton County Yellow Dent Corn, and Maris Otter Malted Barley. Aged 4+ years in a 53 gallon standard bourbon barrel at a 3.5 char level. Bottled-in-Bond at 100 proof / 50% ABV.

Bottled-in-Bond at 100 proof / 50% ABV.

Made using local north Texas grain and made grain-to-glass at BENDT Distilling Co. in Lewisville, Texas, this unique rye has been slow-aged in the Texas heat for over five and a half years (2023 release). The grain bill includes Elbon Rye, Triticale Hybrid Grain, Marris Otter Malted Barley and Naked Streaker Oats. Aged 5+ years in a 53 gallon standard bourbon barrel at a 3.5 char level.

Old Town Spirits
Experimentation is one of our favorite parts of being distillers. And although we love whiskey more than just about anything, we also have a taste for agave, brandy, gin, rum, liqueurs and all spirits in between. So although we keep most of our focus on whiskey, when something else goes just right, we enjoy sharing it with you.
Old Town Spirits and other special releases are only available for purchase at the distillery. Spirits featured below are only a few examples of the vast seasonal non-whiskey releases BENDT has created over the years. Stay tuned for future releases.

Texas Agave Spirit
BENDT Distilling Co. makes Texas Agave Spirit using pure Mexican agave syrup. Although no agave spirit may be called “Tequila” if not made in the state of Jalisco, Mexico, our agave spirit shares many of the same characteristics. Earthy and vegetal, the OTS agave spirit is fantastic sipped neat, with a splash of lime, or in your favorite margarita.

Old Town Spirits brandies are made using seasonal local fruits and wines. From local Texas peaches (our peach brandy is to die for and sells out quickly!) to north Texas wine, our brandy is intended to be savored. Best sipped neat.

Using over 20 herbs and botanicals, our Old Town Spirits Craft Gin is a bouquet of aroma and flavor. Distilled from 100% grain, with citrus, botanicals and both fresh and dried herbs, we recommend enjoying this spirit neat, as a Collins, or in your favorite gin cocktails. Try with any combination of rosemary, lemon, pomegranate, cranberry, lavender or basil.
