Whiskey Garden visitor policies - updated April 2021

 

Whiskey Garden has reopened for cocktail service on March 5, 2021. Retail purchases will be available through the garden bar window. Please see below for additional health and safety requirements for whiskey garden entry/service.

  • Facilities - Outdoor Whiskey Garden (when open):

    • All transactions are cashless. All major credit cards are accepted and all purchases are contactless.

    • Masks MUST be worn while ordering from our team. Masks must securely cover your mouth and nose. Masks should be worn while around other guests who are not in your party.

    • Menus are available for viewing via QR code. Please use your smart phone for access. You may also view our current menus HERE.

    • Outdoor table reservations are available, but are not required. To make a reservation for 2-8 guests, visit our reservations page HERE.

    • Please follow signs at entry and beyond and respect the personal space of other guests and tables.

    • Customers entering the whiskey garden must maintain more than 6 ft of distance from staff and other guests/groups of guests at all times. Please adhere to all posted rules and be considerate of those around you, including our team.

    • Hand sanitizer will be made available to all guests. Please use it regularly. Additionally, regularly handled surfaces will be sanitized regularly.

    • All tables, facilities and activities are outdoors in the whiskey garden. Outdoor restrooms are available to guests during business hours. All inside areas of the distillery are currently closed. Please do not enter and do not venture into areas other than those marked for outdoor visitors.

  • General Health & safety:

    • Everyone on our team checks in at the beginning of each shift, fills out a brief health questionnaire and takes their temperature upon arrival at the distillery.

    • If you are showing any signs of illness or have a fever, please stay home and come see us another time.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer not following current federal, state or local guidelines, as well as the policies stated here.
